Like Utilities Specialties, Chamco was the maker of the lids and probably the distributor for the pieces, but we do not believe they manufactured the vitreous clay bodies.

This salesman's souvenir advertised Chamco, which was part of the F.E. Fowler Co., one of the "well known mercantile houses of New Haven," CT, according to this link.

It appears that a smaller version of this decal was used on the flip on this page: utilities-specialties.html. Our conclusion remains that many of the companies under whose heading we have listed flips are merely their distributors and not their manufacturers. See both flips below:
